Rates, Every Addition, and What Is Not Included
Two ranges rather than one number, because one number would be tidier and false. Below them, every addition this counter knows of, sorted by who levies it.
The two ranges

Those are the spread of what lots on this side of the city quoted in the week this page was last reviewed, August 8, 2026. No number on this page is a quote. A quote narrows a range to your dates and your car, and it is free: ask for one.
The bottom of a range generally belongs to open ground on a longer stay. The top generally belongs to covered ground on a short one.
Every addition, sorted by whose charge it is
This is the ordering that matters. An addition this counter levies can be waived by this counter. An addition a lot levies cannot be waived by anybody here, ever.

What no rate on this page includes
- Any work on the car. No wash, no charge of a battery, no clearing of snow from it, nothing moved inside it, nothing plugged into it.
- Any insurance of the car or its contents, from this counter or arranged by it.
- Any guarantee that covered ground is free when you arrive.
- Any guarantee that a person is on the ground at any hour.
- Any promise about how long a shuttle wait will be, as opposed to what pattern a lot has stated.
- Fuel, tolls, or anything to do with reaching the lot.
Why a range and not a single figure
Because a single figure has to cover every case, so it covers the easiest one, and the reader discovers the difference at a gate. A quote against a price sets out the arithmetic.
And because the lots differ from each other by less than people expect. The real spread in a Milwaukee winter is not between two open lots; it is between open ground and a roof, and between a lot that answers questions and one that does not.
Free quote, and no prepayment taken here
There is no card field anywhere on this site and this counter takes no money at any point. Whether a lot asks for prepayment is the lot's own arrangement, which is why no_prepayment is marked not stated on the claims sheet.
